Placing orders

ROR Threads apparel and gear may be ordered by contacting us via email (sales@roll-over-rover.com) or by phone at the ROR Threads office 618.632.5884

For your protection, please do not email credit card numbers.

Minimum Orders

apparel:
one dozen pieces per design. Feel free to mix and match garments within the selected design.
caps, bags and all other home-goods:
there is no minimum order.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via UPS. Wholesale prices do not include the shipping costs and will be charged to the buyer.

Returns

Sales are final so please choose carefully.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Sometimes the manufacturers change the prices on us and unfortunately we have to pass the alteration on to our customers but it doesn’t happen often.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations or changes are not allowed for custom orders or orders in production. For orders from existing stock, cancellations or changes need to be made in writing 5 days prior to ship date.

Problems with your order

Problems need to be expressed to your representative within 5 days of your receipt of the order.
